I was given a telephone number and an e-mail address to claim the prize. From what I can gather, the message originated from Spain. I order an aplifier from HIFI Sound Connect on Sept, 10 2008, it is now the 30th and I have called them and acctually spoken to them at least twice a week! My client bought several pairs of shoes from them and needed to return them. The only option for returning is to get a return authorization number on the website, but the option was unavailable for these shoes even though we tried to return them within the 20 day time frame permitted for returns. I used this company to do some work for me and later found out the girl doing all the work was 4 time convicted felon. Her last stay in prison was for identity theft. I gave this girl personal and confidential information about myself. I would not use this company it's not worth the chance that you may end up a victim. A year ago I received three audiobooks from Audible.com. When I received the e-mails informing me of my gifts, I clicked on the "www.audible.com/redeem" link in the e-mail. I was then taken to a log in screen. You have to have an account (complete with credit card number) in order to redeem gifts. On 9/11/08 my bank contacted this company about charges they have been making on my VISA account. Since May 10th they have been charging me $375.00 bi-weekly for only God knows what. The bank transferred my call to their representative, who said that I would receive a form letter within 6 - 10 days, and that after I sent it back my money would be returned to me.
