Sometimes you have money and simply want to put them in bank and earn some percentage. This Grant Guide Co. for the the months of August and September have with out authorization been deducting $49.50 from my checking account. I did in fact cancell the free trial with the time frame that was given and, did reveive an e-mail with confirmation of this transaction. I want the total amount of $99.00 credited to my account immediately. They do not answer their phones even though they give a phone number on your statement to call, and you can never get a person on the phone. This is a terrible thing to do to people. When I was offered the free trial, I was told in no uncertain terms that only the shipping charges of 3.98 would be charged. I told them I didn't want them to send me anything unless and until I told them to. I was given assurances that that wouldn't happen. They advertise genuine Nutone products and sell you generic products that will not work with your Nutone system. They also sold me a "30 ft hose" that measured 28 ft. Unfortunately, I have received the same run around that others have received from USA Wallpaper. I placed an order in May and found out later that my items were on backorder. When I canceled my order I was told that it would take 1 to 2 billing cycles to receive a refund. Four months and countless emails and phone calls later, and I am still awaiting a refund. I had purchased 2 pairs of the same Prada shoes in different colors. They were thong type sandals. Both pairs broke - the thong part came completely out of the sole (a clear defect in the design of the shoe itself).
