I ordered an imperfect humidor from premiumhumidors.com and expected it to have scratches and dents (slight blemishes). What i didnt expect was for the humidor to have the top painted with a thick black line around it, it resembled a cheaper humidor call the professional when i ordered the executive. I paid for this plan in March... canceled in March, was told my refund would be coming immediately. 25 calls to customer service produced countless lies. The lies ranged from our computer system is down to wait 5-7 days for the refund. I was then directed to Fastsupportlive and they lie equally well. Wait 5-7 days, then they close you inquiry file. I called them to redeem my points but understood that hey had created 2 accounts under my name, hence I requested them to link these 2 accounts on 2nd Sep 08. I ordered shoes from this company online that I needed for a dance recital. I placed the order 6 weeks prior to the recital. 2 weeks after the order was placed I received an email that the shoes were on back order for another 5 weeks. Website ordering is very misleading and confusing. I didn't want the vacuum but accidentally ordered it. I immediately followed their posted procedures to cancel it, but it was sent to me anyway.
