I canceled the same day I joined which was 6/1/08, On 6/2/08 they charged my card. I called my card company. They said to see if it was taken off on my next bill, which I did check. It was not taken off & I was charged another 29.95 in July. So my card was charged for 2 mos. after I had canceled. I am referring this problem to my credit card billing dispute dept. Somehow I got on their e-mail list. I continuously get junk e-mail from some outfit that sends out junk mail for them. This outfit seems to have a mechanism to change the sending address so it cannot be blocked by normal Outlook spam checkers. The e-mail supposedly gives instructions as to how to unsubscribe. After several emails and a recorded delivery letter of missing or incorrect units, I have now found today that the electric cooker ordered has been delivered as gas and i do not have gas connection or want a gas cooker. Still outstanding missing shelves, corner unit fillet and wrong glass doors. I followed through with all of their requests until the delivery company requested payment of between $795.59 to $556.91 dollors depending on how fast I wished to receive my cheque.
