I signed up and paid almost $1, 000 to have them investigate and get my felony record sealed or expundged. I received very few e-mails back from them and then at the last I received one saying in the state of Ohio a record can only be given a clemency by the governor. From my understanding this is very hard to get and so my case was dropped. These people are felons themself so why are they allowed to come off as trying to help when all they do is steal you money. On June 17, 2008, I investigated many free laptop websites. I found laptoprewardcenter.com, and I immediately looked into obtaining a free Apple MacBook Pro. All that was required was that I complete 10 promotional offers with other companies within 30 days. I just received a bank payment with an unauthorized charge for 39.95 taken out by DRI. I called the phone number on my statement 1-877-414-5117 and did speak to someone. I was able to cancel my account which I didn't open, but after arguing with them for quite awhile, I was unable to have my money refunded in anyway. We even made sure they were aware that there are several similar complaints we found. Received with broken cases due to falulty packaging. Tested first 6 CD of 32 CD set and found these all falulty. Company said they will replace individual falulty CDs and asked that I review all CDs and all 150 hours of shows on the CDs. I asked for a full refund becaue the set is faulty. Company email said that I can take 6 to 9 months to review the CDs. I think that the company is waiting for the five day refund period to expire. I've always had trouble with WebWatcher. I wanted some software to block ***.It Never worked well and is difficult, also support stinks. I tried an Upgrade for $46.95 and it was a disaster. I called to cancel the same day. Well within their generous 5 day trial. I was told to send trouble ticket and did so twice actually. I have called, E-mailed, chat line, etc... No refund!!! As we have noticed in other reports about this company it does NOT provide ANY service after the sale. We also experienced the very long call wait times. They FAILED to ship all the items purchased. And after 4 calls and 4 claims they would ship the missing items they have NOT shipped ANY items yet.
