I received an sms out of the blue saying that I had won 110, 000 pounds and that I had to email and then call +447035927573. What made me suspicious was that there were a lot of grammatical errors on the verification form and in order to get the price I had to pay for postage. I signed up for this company, and the terms says that i get 2 bottles every 30 days for $88.97. Thats fine i understand that. I was charged $177.94 after 13 days or so. Then i only received 2 bottles. that sounds like a double charge. I spoke to the company and they were like too bad, there are no refunds. Ceutics central basically charges your credit card for the products you order but then you don't get them. They do send an order confirmation email, but you never receive the promised shipping notification (b/c they don't ship it). You can only leave a phone message (your call goes right to voice mail) and they don't return messages, phone or otherwise. My daughter ordered several (HANDMADE) cat and dog costumes for gift giving to me and others. She waited several months for the items to arrive. The shipping was outrageous. They never answer your e-mails regarding complaints. They have their site set-up so that complaint e-mails cannot possibly be sent to them. When the costumes arrived, they were filthy (used) and some of the costume parts and pieces were missing.
