I purchased a sword set for my 17 year old son on warhammer direct.com in April of 2008. The money was taken out of my bank acct 4 days later. After much thinking I decided to cancel the order about 3wks later. I waited the 2 billing cycles that they said it could take to get a refund and still no money. Now 3 months and numerous emails later still no money has been refunded. I can't seem to find a phone number for they company. So today August 21, 2008 I contacted plugNplay (which is the company that processed the payment) to see if I can get any results through them. Wish me luck. read full review »

I have Just been ripped off $180 from Mike Lavanga Owner of www.mikescoins.com He also has 3 Ebay ids that he fraudulently obtains peoples money. He will take your money he will not ship he has had over 70 negatives in last month he has scammed many people. Ebay blocked his account mikescoins1. But he is still scamming up large from his other 2 accounts mikescoins2 and walruscoins. I found this web site 8/19/08 pst while looking for an old classmate. Upon typing in the information, I was told there was a positive match. I had to sign up for a 3 day trial offer for $2.95 to be able to access this information. Bought article that was never received. Poor response to e-mails. When I posted negative feedback on E-bay they rushed to respond to me! I agreed to remove negative feedback because they told me they'd refund my money. Of course that never happened. Ordered HoodiaCut for a free 14 day trial. Received the trial bottle. After about 6 days was charged on my credit card for$69.95 for a bottle of the product (which is a 15 day supply) and then received the product in the mail. Decided I couldn't afford HoodiaCut at $69.95 for a 15 days supply. Called and was told that they could not reverse the charges because it was automatically sent if one ordered the trial. I wish I had found the ripoff report, BEFORE I fell for this internet scam. The site itself contains zero data. Every search comes back empty - even for known social security death indexes. Most searches lead you to a list of online search engines that charge as well. I've noticed that all the rebuttals for these reports state 'Rebuttal Employee -contact us for technical support'. That's a load of bull as well, the only way you can contact the company is through an online email reply. Don't waste your time, you won't get a reply back. I've learned my lesson.
