what a joke. my husband purchased items back in Nov 2007. total amount for all (from two stores) was 350.00 and change. The items from one store arrived late but in okay shape. I get constant popups that start with a yellow one of the yellow triange with an exclamation mark and "System performance monitor: Warning" saying our system performance is slowed by 47% and internet connection speed decreased by 39% probably due to spyware or adware, then suggesting I "click on this aloon" (sic) to dowload spyware scan tool to remove... I was bill for 10 dollars for no reason. Called their help desk, guess where, India, and recieved nothing but double talk and BS. I asked for a contact in the USA and was told there wasn't one. This company is bilking honest people of their money. Keep an eye on your account. If you notice it is being charged to your debit card then you will immediately need to cancel the card and fill out a fraud form with your bank. This can take awhile but at least you will get your money back. If your bank is unresponsive close your account and go to another bank. I was charged just under $70. I signed up and paid almost $1, 000 to have them investigate and get my felony record sealed or expundged. I received very few e-mails back from them and then at the last I received one saying in the state of Ohio a record can only be given a clemency by the governor. From my understanding this is very hard to get and so my case was dropped. These people are felons themself so why are they allowed to come off as trying to help when all they do is steal you money. On June 17, 2008, I investigated many free laptop websites. I found laptoprewardcenter.com, and I immediately looked into obtaining a free Apple MacBook Pro. All that was required was that I complete 10 promotional offers with other companies within 30 days. I just received a bank payment with an unauthorized charge for 39.95 taken out by DRI. I called the phone number on my statement 1-877-414-5117 and did speak to someone. I was able to cancel my account which I didn't open, but after arguing with them for quite awhile, I was unable to have my money refunded in anyway. We even made sure they were aware that there are several similar complaints we found.
