BigPayWork is a website that is supposed to employ individuals in a data processing company if the individual pay a certain amount of money. If one is not satisfied with results they are suppose to receive a refund with no questions asked. It is supposed to be a one time fee but once the money is paid you enter a page were you have to send more money to different share holders or banks and when a refund is requested they give you the run around and send you emails that doesn't really give you anything. read full review »

This person bought a digital download item. When you sell a digital item on ebay, it has to be completely set up and working when you set it up. The download link has to be given ahead of time with Paypal. It shows to the buyer immediately after they paid. This buyer didn't pay attention and missed the link.
