This Grant Guide Co. for the the months of August and September have with out authorization been deducting $49.50 from my checking account. I did in fact cancell the free trial with the time frame that was given and, did reveive an e-mail with confirmation of this transaction. I want the total amount of $99.00 credited to my account immediately. They do not answer their phones even though they give a phone number on your statement to call, and you can never get a person on the phone. This is a terrible thing to do to people. My account has been over drawn twice because of these deductions. I want this to STOP.

When I was offered the free trial, I was told in no uncertain terms that only the shipping charges of 3.98 would be charged. I told them I didn't want them to send me anything unless and until I told them to. I was given assurances that that wouldn't happen. I got the free trial sample of 10 capsules and today I got a shipment of a whole bottle of 60 capsules which I am sure will show up on my credit card statement next month. I only wanted the test product for $1. but they sent 2 more products and charged $45.85 to my acct. I did not want the other 2 products. They advertise genuine Nutone products and sell you generic products that will not work with your Nutone system. They also sold me a "30 ft hose" that measured 28 ft. Do not ever give your web development work to this company. They will take your money and screw it up. They use bad ethical practices like hold you at ransom halfway. If you don't want to loose you shirt go elsewhere. The owner is a slimy creep who will give you a lot of talk, promises et all. If you believe him you will loose your time and money. Unfortunately, I have received the same run around that others have received from USA Wallpaper. I placed an order in May and found out later that my items were on backorder. When I canceled my order I was told that it would take 1 to 2 billing cycles to receive a refund.
Four months and countless emails and phone calls later, and I am still awaiting a refund. I used my Paypal account which was a huge mistake! If I would have used a credit card, I could have contacted my company and disputed the charges. Beware of this company!!! read full review »

Hello,
I am writing with the hope you will give me the right address in Singapore to file a complain when you have been scammed in an internet trasnsaction.
On August 5th i contacted e-currency exchanger www.Me-gold.com to purchase some e-currency (Liberty Reserve).
Only the bank wire costs $50.00 Us dollars.
After receiving my money this people were supposed to exchange it into LR and fund my Liberty Reserve account.
They never did. Up to this day i don't have news from them.
Where can i file a complain ?

As I was perusing my credit card statement, I saw a charge from "Easy Saver" that I was not to clear about. Upon investigation I saw that the charge was from PA and I had not been out of Texas. I looked "Easy Saver" online and saw that I was not the first to experience this hidden charge. I immediately called and the representative pleasantly refunded my funds. I had purchased 2 pairs of the same Prada shoes in different colors. They were thong type sandals. Both pairs broke - the thong part came completely out of the sole (a clear defect in the design of the shoe itself). People do not expect to pay nearly $400 for a pair of shoes and then have them break. It was the first time I had worn one of the pairs. After using Google to learn more about the company (LALIBCO) I learned this is a site associated with pornography, based out of Portugal. This on line floral ordering farmed out a floral order to a local florist. I specified no substitutions. The substitution I received was horrible and unfitting for the occassion. The local place showed they received the order with substitution "o.k." Wesley berry refuses to take any responsiblity. But on this time of my payments, I placed two (2) money orders together in the same envelope with all information on them even account numbers. Brandy the owner, claims she doesn't have to return my money because I didn't follow her instructions. She knows they are my returns, she knows what account it goes to. I've talked to her many times and she is rude and ignorant. It is now a year 1/2 later and she still has not returned my money. She refuses to do so.
