Originally they took 3 weeks longer then promised to ship order, then I received 2/3 of it, then they shipped the balance without having to have a receivers signature. I bought a brand new SONY camcoder and the advertised price was $599. When I got on the phone the salesperson told me that it is a foreign model for this price and sold me a US model for $999.
