I requested the sample on 3/13 and submitted my Visa credit card info for the shipping charges. They were debited on 3/13. I just used Pro Flowers for the first time and loved it. Since I was planning on using them again, I signed up for what I thought was a free coupon. I am usually very skeptical, especially online, but I missed the fine writing about the Easy Saver coupon. Pro Flowers, dump Easy Saver and keep yourself in good standing, not that hard to figure out! I called Easy Saver and canceled everything and asked for a confirmation number. I have filed reports with the Utah Department of Commerce, BBB and Attorney General. I have also filed complaints with the U.S. Attorney General and the FBI. Beware of SnappyMusic.com... I joined on 03/21/08. I'm not sure what "service" they provide. The software that you get to download is Limewire (which is free to begin with). I could not connect and tried to contact them. Their website states they have 24/7 support. 1. Their 800 number is bogus... either no answer at all or a fast busy signal. 2. I purchased a remote car from Hobbytron.com and it did not work and the battery would not charge. I returned it and a month later they insisted I never returned it. I checked with UPS and gave them the date and person who signed for it. They did not return my money but 'fixed the car' and returned it without the battery or (expensive) fast-recharger.
