I made a purchase for my daughter of the Barbie Dream House. This was a special gift to her and I order this with the Next Day Delivery. The order was placed on a Thursday at 11:45 AM. Over the course of the next five weeks I attempted to contact them by phone, email and live chat and despite their pledge to answer emails within 24 hours, they still haven't managed a reply. I discovered a charge on my American Express bill from a company known as Easy Saver Rewards Program for $14.95 a month. I thought this was a charge for my internet service due to it being same amount. The charges continued from at least June 2007. I too was a victim of Easy Saver. I saw a pending charge of $1.95 within a day of ordering and express delivery from Pro Flowers. I saw the offer for a shipping rebate on my next order within my order confirmation from Pro Flowers. I clicked on it, but was not prompted to put in my credit card number. I then searched all by bank statements and found 3 more $19.95 checks with the name SABAWA as the payee.
