I have used this company once before and had an agreeable experience. Delivery was late, however flowers at least arrived. However this time I order Valentine's day flowers for my mom and for my husband's mom. The first order was delivered on time, however without the balloon that was added to the purchase. They were too small and after researching the internet for a telephone number I finally found one. (The email address for this merchant did not work.) I have sent them several e-mails and asked about my order status, but they either did not answer me or when they answered they said those items are back ordered, since Oct 2007.
