I bought a subscription from them off eBay on December 19, 2007 and they have yet to fulfil my order. The funny thing is that I emailed them and they responded and said that they would resubmit my order. They had forgotten to submit my order. I have paid for this and if they don't give me what I paid for, it is considered fraud and I will let as many people know about this as I can. I will also file many complaints online and let agencies know about it. eBay does not seem to want to help with this and I find that appalling. It's like they support fraud. My husband was part of the scam and has one of there checks on hold in the bank now. Do you know how these people can write and even send checks to people that are fake and get away with. Our bank suggested putting a hold on the check until it clears the bank if we could be any help while the scam is going on let us know. My daughter found this web site identifying the scam. I was contacted by a company called Subscriber Services, Inc, who promised me magazine subscriptions on the cheap. I thought it was a good idea since I have been meaning to renew my subscriptions anyway. The rep gave me an option of paying off the entire bill in 16 months. I figure no harm, no foul. Long story short. I wanted to change my magazine subscriptions so I went online to see if the company had a website. This is an Ebay power seller that resales opened, returned (faulty) video games to unsuspecting Ebay customers. They are a clearing house for retailers that get store returns due to defective merchandise. They only accept Paypal and they only give a replacement, which in my case (and I imagine most cases) is another faulty software title. Most customers leave them feedback right away after using the game lightly. They probably should spend more time with the game before doing so. I never received any phone calls or e-mails stating there was a problem with my application at all. I waited until the next day and the deposit was never made. I checked my status on their site and it said still being reviewed. Still no phone calls or e-mails, then I checked back later and it said I was denied. I still don't know the reason.
