On January 12, 2008 I was billed through my debit card for $59.99 for an order of Heart Guardian. I had not heard of Heart Guardian, nor have I ever placed an order for it. I do use Viapro, a male enhancement supplement, which I found on a website called themenschoice.com. This website, as I found out, also advertises Heart Guardian. The only product I have ever used my debit card to order online is Viapro. I have complained to Viapro (yesterday) but haven't heard from them. This organization advertised a $4.95 three day trial offer for their services. In the fine print of the 'agreement' they commit you to automatic and unending renewal of service at $39.95 a month if you don't cancel within the three days. I made an order on December 26th for one tshirt that I thought was cute, totaling $22.90 with shipping cost. They promise your order will ship within two days. Through the Internet I was searching for a Headlight Assembly for a 2005 Cadillac SRX (Right Side) 4-Autoparts.com had the part and agreed to send it to me for $195.00 including shipping and handling. The part arrived several days later and when I inspected the part I noticed that it had only two points on the part for 10 mm bolts. This company stole $169.57 from me and I have been unable to recover this amount even after filing a dispute with my credit card company. I ordered numerous satin nickel finished Baldwin locks from this company. They were all to be keyed alike. The locks and mechanisms have a solid warranty. The finish is not guaranteed. They said their info source was the same as mine and it could be anywhere from the order desk to on some truck. I stopped payment on any more debits by them. Dec. 12 was the last time they tried, I guess they got the message, but now It's next to impossible to get in touch for a refund. I shopped for some flowers on the proflowers.com and made an online payment. I did not even realize how and where "easy savers" was involved. After a few days, I got an email from easy savers and i simply disregarded it assuming it was some spam mail. I notice they charged me 14.95$ for some membership. I ordered an item in early December and after several weeks I finally received an Email that stated that the item that I ordered was not in stock. The debit had already been made from my account. They stated in the Email that I could choose another item. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company and have never been able to make any contact with them.
