Like many of the complaints noted, I ordered a Trial of Houdai (sic?) which included a "free" bottle, with the order of one month supply of the stuff (2 bottles). On May 24, 2007, I placed an order for lights. They told me my lights would arrive within 4-6 weeks. After 6 weeks, I emailed and asked what the status of my order was. I ordered a complete set of "Coach" TV series DVD's for my husband for Christmas. After the holidays we settled in to start watching them and discovered a lot of bad disks.
