I was looking at my bank account and see that you have debited 31.28 from my account. How did you get my account information, and my banks name. I did not open an account with you and I want my money returned to my account. If you are in the business of helping people with identy theft what about account theft. That is what you just did to me. I did not give you or anyone else with your company to go into my bank account. Return my money now. The bank has filed a account theft on my behalf, to recover my money.
And when my money has been returned by you take my name out of your data base. And do not contact me no more.

In November I reordered the same items. It has been over a month. I have sent three requests for a tracking number or proof of delivery. I have never experienced such an intentionally deceptive consumer experience. After creating a shopping cart at Lens.com (same as Justlenses.com) I proceeded to checkout. At the page that shows your line items, subtotal, ship costs and total, i thought everything looked fine. HOWEVER, I did not notice that the subtotal was higher than the total of the line items above it. Of course, perhaps I should have added up my items to check it, but it's something I never expected.

They offered me a free credit card report which everyone is entitled to, once a year. Then they required credit card info to get it.

I had ordered the entire seasons 1 thru 7 of Mad About You from DVD Donkey on November 11, 2007 and have not received them. I tried calling the 1 800 number and was able to talk a woman named Jen who gave me the tracking # my shipment had and was told to check with www.canadapost.ca to see where the shipment is since it was mailed out on 12/11/07. On the 7th of this month (December) I began to do my online shopping with my card... prior to receiving my card I was never told that I would have to pay and additional $40.00 for their gas as well as another $7.00 for ups delivery and signature.

From that day i cant get any information from their. I complaint them many time, but no reply.

I renewed the subscription for the 2008 version. I have been having problems with the spamtool and their tech support has been giving me the run around since Oct.4, 2007. What few emails I get from them, they keep giving me the same solution to try. They tell me to send them a file report and I do and I never hear anything from them. I don't know if their getting the mail because of the problems I'm having with outgoing mail when using the spamtool. I told them I will not be renewing the subscription on Oct 2008.
