I strongly urge anyone who has a problem with this company to file a complaint with the Oklahoma City BBB (it takes 5 minutes) www.oklahomacity.bbb.org and to hold the package you get in the mail and pursue the issue with the postal service in your area. This site is so rigged, it in unbelievable. All you have to do is to write into [email protected] and complaint about anything from how slow their site is or any software problems.
