I got this purchase on my creditcard On December 10. Three charges, $39.90, $49.95, $9.95. I received a temporary refund in January. They then sent me a letter of reversal of the credit and reposted the $39.90 and $49.95 in February. I called them and spoke to a lafy named Bianca and she told me that it shows that these products showed they shipped out, but I physically never recieved anything just a bunch of e-mails.
