I'd just like to add that I also received repeated calls from Global Winners International telling me i'd won 2 million dollars, if only i sent them $299. even though i told them i was not going to send them any money, they keep calling claiming to be legitimate. I called the police in the town they told me to send the money to, but the police felt the scam was untraceable. Is there no relief? Filled out a survey online and was told to pick a free gift, I chose the electric cig kit and put credit info. in to pay shipping & handeling. I received a Blackjack scratch off card from Air One of Michigan. After scratching it off I determined I was a winner on hand 2. On a weak moment, I wanted to check arrest records of two individuals and marriage and divorce records of another individual. I was informed they had no record of the arrests.. I went to the local police station and acquired a free coy of the arrest record. The marriage and divorce record I was looking for, I know to be on record at the county court house. In Feb 2011 I had an unknown charge of $34 something dollars on my Amex card. I never make purchases under $50 but I shop very regularly at Forever 21's website so I checked my account at Forever21 to confirm and the charge was not there.
