I purchased a helicopter from http://stores.ebay.com/RC-Smart-Store in August of 2006. When it would not fly, I contacted the seller for replacement parts. After several months of corresponding with this Hong Kong-based seller, I was instructed to return the helicopter for a refund. I did so at the end of October. Since that time, I have had no contact with the seller and no refund. This RC Smart Store is a scam. They tell me I have won $33,00.00 dollars, and I need to pay the taxes. They tell me they use the "Name Data Base Ballot System" which is provided by Credit Cards, and telephone services. It describes the sponsoring company, "EH GRiffith Inc," whom I e-mailed and they stated they were not sponsors and that the said company was fraudulently using their checks/letter heads. I signed up the cardgiver.com offer where I signed up to purchase to Music CD's. Once I fulfilled my offer, I printed the necessary certificate and sent to the address that was indicated. Absolute Poker advertised an online $100,000.00 tournament through my local radio station. After it started, the tourney page indicated only 1st place will be paid, and the prize was a seat at the 2007 WSOP Satellite tourney. I'm e-mailing to complain about butterfly download network (movie downloads). I ordered a pair of slippers from this company on August 29th. I used my debit card to pay for them, and was emailed a receipt the very same day.
