I lived in Sandakan area. I have use Digi Internet since 2009 but just a few months later, the internet connection is getting so slow. Even thou the signal bar is full, the internet is still slow. In other to access the service of Homestead one need to provide a credit card details. I did just that but when I tried to unsubscribe it become a hell of time. They have set up a system in such a way that the auto respond will tell you an email has been sent to your email address which never comes no matter how long you wait for it. On 19 November 2010, I order Pizza hut through Delivery Phone 1-300-88-2525 at about 9.00 pm. Waited for about 45 minutes. I called againt asking for status. Suprisingly I was told that my order has been cancelled without my knowledge. I argued that I did'nt cancelled the order. Customer service told me to wait for the Manager in-charge in Port Dickson branch to call me. I had buy the Naza Kia Sorento year made 2006. The problem is ABS system is not function probably or better than the cheaper than car.
