Avoid this company at all cost! This company operates an office out from kuala lumpur and promises you everything to get you into the job. Once into it, you will soon realise its all not so true as what they promise you in the first place. Mo proper training or support given. You managers will only instruct you to make cold calls and leave you alone to do this the whole day. I had a bad experience with Konsortium bus service too. Last Friday, 13/8/10, I bought a ticket online for the bus departing at 7:45pm. I waited until it's over 8pm when the staff reported the bus arrived but didn't tell the platform clearly. I was unable to find the bus. Stay away from Vigitronx (Top Ten Alarm - terrible after sales support) and Telcoma (expensive low end Italian system with very limited installations in malaysia), Low quality problematic products, lousy service. The company is dishonest and is only interested in selling their rebranded low cost local system which is rebranded as Vigitronx. They depend on external contractors to install and do not have any in-house technical staff to provide after sales support. I just want to share my experience with CIMB Auto Finance service. I initially took my car loan from Southern Bank Berhad (SBB) in 2003. Some years later CIMB had taken over SBB. I spent a long time to edit my photos with self-service PC (many pieces of 8x10R ), and finally the HP staff told me the printer for bigger size was down!
