On 26 November 2009 I accepted a charge of NZ$2.71 from Healthsmile being shipping & handling for a trial of the White Smile Pen. On the same day a charge of NZ$68.43 from Vibrantbeauty was taken from my credit card without my permission. Yep happened to me too. I originally sent for a trail and boy what a rip off! I have had money taken from my account without authorisation. I have lodged a credit fraud discipline hearing with my bank and much to my inconvinience I have cancelled the account. So no more money can come from it to these rip off artist. These people are stealing smallish amounts from my credit card. I think they get access from things like Purecleanse and Thermothin, along with Elitepack and Ezykit who also bill small amounts. I ordered a player off them about five weeks ago and on week two they said the item went on backorder and they were back in stock and would be releasing them in two days. After another two weeks past i asked for a tracking number which they couldn't supply and if they haven't sent it yet for them to credit my card back and they tried to offer me a store credit, which i don't wont.
