Once again my order was stuffed up by the kids serving on drive thru service and was not discovered till half way home (which is 30k away). The restaurant is always filthy and the doors on the toilets never shut properly so I have to hold it shut with my foot. I am very angry and unhappy that this company have take over the way after school and before care programs are run, in addition of being forced to go with this company from 2009 as my childrens school McKinnon Primary now use their admin service rather than their own as it was previously. This company increrased fees with supplying less services eg holiday programs no breakfast or lunch, and also enforce a 7 day cancellation policy for permanent bookings. I purchased The Driver Fetch program from Blitware to download and install missing drivers to my computer. Some were successfully installed but some were acknowledged as installed yet weren't. I too was scammed by this company. However I believe its a good lesson in reading the fine print. Whilst the initial fee is $1.95, I was charged a monthly fee of $59.84 (U.S) from Money Mastery and a further $29.71 (U.S) from Search Incomepro. My sister and I entered the supermarket on Sunday the 31st of January and i was looking at the school stuff while my sister Jodie went to their liquor Department to get served. The attendant scanned the 4pack of cans and then recieved a phone call from his boss John who told him to refuse service to me and my sister. He offered no explanation to the attendant who seemed very embarressed to have to ask us to leave. We were not rude or abusive and felt very humiliated.
