My sister and I entered the supermarket on Sunday the 31st of January and i was looking at the school stuff while my sister Jodie went to their liquor Department to get served. The attendant scanned the 4pack of cans and then recieved a phone call from his boss John who told him to refuse service to me and my sister. He offered no explanation to the attendant who seemed very embarressed to have to ask us to leave. We were not rude or abusive and felt very humiliated. I am so sick of Jim Courier always talking and making stupid and unrelated comments constantly throughout tennis matches. I understand that commentating is his job, but if you compare him to previous Australian opens and the commentary, you will find that they do not speak in the middle of points and make stupid and unrealistic comments that no-one wants to hear! I am personally so sick of him i have to turn the sound down when he is commentating, and i do not enjoy the tennis as much when the sound is a low grumble. I began watching the Djokovic - Tsonga quarter final match last night as a truely neutral TV spectator, as I don't hold any allegiance to either of the players. By the 3rd set, however, I was willing Tsonga to lose the match, if only to silence the annoying French commentator, Henri Leconte, whom for some reason, Channel 7 thought it appropriate to have commentating Tsonga's matches. The only thing I can think of which I purchased from the Central European time zone was a subscription for a website which promised to provide access to cricket games online. I ordered 2 pairs of boots from this site. Only one pair showed up. The site is very up beat about customer service and asks you to email about any problems. I've done this (and used the "contact us" form on their web site) around a dozen times over the last month. They've never responded. Yet again your coverage of sport, or lack of it never ceases to amaze me. I am currently listening to the ladies singles match between Azarenka and Zvonerava online and watching a replay of Williams -v- Stosur on the TV, a match that followed a replay of Tsonga -v- whosoever he was playing. Why are you not showing the live match? Basically, as sports presenters your channel is as pathetic as I have ever come across and this follows on from your useless coverage of the 2008 Beijing Olympics. I would like to complain about the poor coverage of the Sam Stosur vs Serena Williams tennis match on 25th January. Whilst it is inconvenient that the game started right at news time, and the showing of the news is fair enough, but it is unbelievable that Channel 7 would then not go straight back to the tennis at the end of the news. Today however because of a men's match that lasted just under 4 hours the following woman's match with Samantha Stosur was on for approximately 5 mins before they took it off to play the news.
