I used Virgin for a wireless home phone and broadband combined and paid $60 per month. For the first two months I had no service at all. I tried calling the customer service line but had to wait for long periods before finally getting no answer. I couldnt ring from work as that would tie up the line and couldnt ring from home as the home phone didnt work.
