This shop has done laundry services without acting on the customer's instruction. There have been several occasions where the clothing were dry cleaned without informing us when I have asked for laundry or washing services, stated clearly on the quote invoices. 16th Jan 2011, I took off my wedding ring to wash my face before rushing off to the airport (LAX) and upon reaching the airport, found my ring missing. I called Portofino Anaheim immediately and cried for help. But the ring has gone missing. I'm very sure the chamber maid took it since she was already outside the door when we left. Have been Starhub subscriber for many years. Noticed that the Tamil channels provides untasteful list of programmes daily. 3 Channels which all mainly runs the India based serials with very repeated few movies distastefully selected.
