Their customer-service officer told me that they could definitely resolve our toilet clogging issue. We asked specifically if they have high pressured water-jet machine and the officer claimed they have everything. Thus, we engaged their service. They sent us an inexperienced plumber who never even heard of what is a high-pressured water-jet machine. He even said we had to remove our toilet bowl in order to unclog completely. Today i bought two chocolates of Cadbury Dairy milk roast Almond and Dairy milk fruit and nut from Carrefour Singapore(Suntec city). To my surprise the chocolates had worms in it. The white coloured worms and my daughter who is young ate it. The expiry date on the chocolate is 10/10/11 and I have the reciept and chocolate intact. I have used edreams twice over the years but never again. They are almost impossible to deal with by email and that presents problems when the Customer is outside of Europe/USA. They have sent me incorrect flight details, then said "sometimes the system picks up these erroneous sectors... because the fare basis is cheaper". The crafter only does minimal changes to the product. If product does not turn out well. They do not give refund or entertain you. Swarovski has a terrible product exchange policy: my kids saved up their money to buy their mother a crystal for her birthday. After buying it, we realized it had a clear defect. I ordered a set of Kingston DDr2 800 -8 Gb Memory Modules and payment of $70.00 was made. A few days later when inquiry of delivery of items were made via e-mail the sales manager tells me he does not have stock of the ordered item. I have emailed these people in China almost 30 times just to confirm this order prior to payment and they confirmed they have the product. I have terminated my post-paid mobile phone line with Starhub since last year. And following that, I have requested multiple times for Starhub to transfer the outstanding credit amount for that post-paid mobile phone line against the cable TV.
