I bought the product more than a year ago. If I had chanced upon this website, I would not have bought it. I'm a fair skin Asian and thought the product may work on me. Fortunately I tried the product on the mole on the side of my belly and on my right shoulder. At first there isn't any effects on 2 tries in a span of a month. My 3rd try was a mistake.. I left it slightly longer and a black patch surfaced. Not only are the moles still there, I have to content with 2 black patches. I felt so cheated! This shop has done laundry services without acting on the customer's instruction. There have been several occasions where the clothing were dry cleaned without informing us when I have asked for laundry or washing services, stated clearly on the quote invoices. 16th Jan 2011, I took off my wedding ring to wash my face before rushing off to the airport (LAX) and upon reaching the airport, found my ring missing. I called Portofino Anaheim immediately and cried for help. But the ring has gone missing. I'm very sure the chamber maid took it since she was already outside the door when we left. First of all, I couldn't deny that Far East Flora has nice wrapping for bouquet. This was the 3rd time I am ordering with them online, and had experience a terrible service! The flowers should be sent by 1pm on 31 Dec 2010.
