This Company is providing a very lousy and bad service. The Service staff shouted at customer and The Managing Director of the company, only wanted to be known as Mr Chua without hearing from customer scolded the customer as well and use words and attack the customer personal.

Webvision pte ltd Singapore
In 2009 our company have used Webvision for their web hosting services. We took their products for our two companies for a year, this year 2010 we got a renewal for both and we found that they are 40% higher than other service providers.
I contacted Webvision that we are changing our hosting to other hosting providers. Had an extremely bad expereince at Challenger Store in Singapore. I had gone there for the first time, looking for some small consumer electronics. At digital camera section, a pushy sales guy was trying to sell us a particular camera. We weren't too sure - so he said he'll give us one orignal battery worth $80 free if we buy now. Have been Starhub subscriber for many years. Noticed that the Tamil channels provides untasteful list of programmes daily. 3 Channels which all mainly runs
the India based serials with very repeated few movies distastefully selected. The programmes are repeated over and over a hundred times over many months.
Its an insult to the time we spend to watch them not to mention the money paid for these channels monthly.

Our family went to Singapore last Feb 2009. We paid Sg $3 for monorail, and Sg $36 plus Sg $12 to see the shows inside Sentosa (http://www.sentosa.com.sg/). There was a long line and we mixed with too many people that look herded. I could see there was a lack of transportation facilities The waiting time was too long. It was warm (Singapore weather). I signed up for a bundle package from a helloshop from singtel at ang mio kio hub which inclusive of a mio home ADSL 10Mbps, Mio Tv ultimate package and a home phoneline on the 30th of Oct 2010.The activation date given was on 15 Nov 2010 timing from 12pm to 3pm.

We bought a sofa set (3 + 2 seaters) in late Jan this year and the 3 seaters sofa's support connection/line between the sofa head rest and seat where we sit start to break. First of all Jacky in Star One Mobile gave me the best price, ( he omitted to say the price given was without taxes) the difference was about 90 SD, then he presented an IPhone out of the box that I refused, Jacky then left for about 15 min and came back with what he said was a factory sealed IPhone package.

They keep bugging my guarantor who is local so he freaks out (that's just how they are). I called the bank and told them I'll pay the loan in one year but on my own terms - maybe lump 3-4 payments together and transfer them from Canada. But they are so dumb - especially their collection officers who can't even speak communicable English! I bought 33 DVDs rental package for 100$ from Canton Videos. I took only 22 DVDs and they refused to give me my balance DVDs. The reason they are stating is that the DVD membership was only for a year. I checked all the terms & conditions and no where it was mentioned that I have to take these DVDs in 1 year.

I paid a visit to the Salon, as they were offering promotions for "wash and colour". I was told that day was fully booked, so I got a free slot for noon the next day. The owner, Jonal Chong informed me that as my hair required special colouring, I would be charged as such: full price for the colouring, promotion price for the cut.

On 26 August I applied for Bridge Data Roam 15 and within 24 hours of service commencement discovered that my usage exceeded 15MB. I had not accessed Internet other than having my phone download emails. Within the next 24 hours I contacted Singtel (at my own expense) to terminate the service. I am dissatisfied that the plan recommended was unable to accomodate my modest email usage even for 24 hours.

I went to the Anthony Hair Boutique in Tampines 1 to have my hair curled. I chose a senior stylist whose rate is also higher than average: $158 for permanent hair curling. After 3 hours in their chilly shop and finally had it done. Then the so-called stylist tried all that he knew to make it look a bit different than before: he used a super-sized hair dryer and various gel and cream. A lot of bogus characters with close similar profiles. When you pick on them immediately they want an IM address to chat but you know they could be either scammers or hackers.
I used an uncommon mail service and did not chat with the ones I picked online. Gradually you find them talking rubbish and cannot answer simple personal questions and eventually drop off the scene. Confirmed scammers who are phishing for email address and whatever else.

Singtel MIO internet
Their internet does not WORK. It automatically disconnects itself every 5 to 10 mins periodically especially in prime times of 8pm to 11pm. I don't understand why am I paying 50SGD every month for such lousy service. This is a FAILURE in service delivery yet Singtel still has the cheeks to advertise about its 'all-in-one' MIO TV.
