I am very unhappy with the fact that scheduled programs are cancelled without notification and not adhered to. The worst is that they advertise these programs during the week and then they change their schedules and put sport on tv without notification!!! This has been happening for the last three weeks now and still it is not corrected and they are still advertising programs that do not show. I have been a loyal customer of Mnet since 1993 and can't believe that after all these years with all the latest technology that they still get their schedules wrong. After I terminated my business contract with Host4Africa in 2007 for hosting my website, I moved my website to another web hoster. Host4Africa still until today (17 March 2011) deduct debit orders from my account. The company has received may e-mail requests from myself that ask them to stop the debit orders but they still continue. Since the amount changes as per their demand the bank can also not stop the debits. Host4Africa does not have any contact numbers only a fax and e-mail address. Applied for three new lines in addition to the existing four that I have. Absolutely no joy. Cannot find application, then cannot locate the staff that was handling this application> eventually advised that locked by Dealer Code. Contacted 0808 from the begining of the year with three complaints, 10 why itemised billing not being e-mailed, 2) why new contracts not resolved and 3) why credit not passed as agreed to by HVRC earlier this year. I bought a used Mercedes Benz E350 in 2010 from a non Mercedes dealer. I checked the vehicles history with Mercedes ermelo and they assured me the car was in good condition as they were the servicing agent and selling agent. After I had driven the car fro 10 000 km the gearbox started giving problems. I contacted MB Sa but they keep on referring me to a dealer who says I was happy with vehicle( which I was at first. VODASHOP BOKSBURG : I bought a blackberry Curve 8520 from Jonathan (Sales Director) last year in May 2010. For the past 3 months, my bb has been giving me enormous problems. my ALT button, A button and some of the other buttons just dont work anymore. My phone switches off at any given time and screen also freezes. My elderly mother, 88 was debited twice for subscription for her weekly newspaper. We have been trying to resolve this since November 2010. No joy! She is a pensioner and every cent is important. They promised to pay it back into her account. Needless to say it did not happen. I have got a loan from Maravedi, ive signed a debit order for the 20th of each month, so they went and deduct my first instalment on the 17th???? that didnt go trough because I only get paid on the 20th, they phoned me as if Im the quilty party, the guy then told me that he will correct it to the 20th and then take that first instalment and divide it into 3 payments, that i was happy with, then suddenly I start getting RUDE sms'e and phone calls from Blake & ass attorneys, what the hell is going on with this people, they made the error and now im in trouble and reflect a bad credit record. this is such bad service i can not believe them...!!! read full review »

These guys are a serious bunch of thieves. I was hit from behind and the evidence they have at hand is quiet clear to whose fault the accident was. However, at the time of the accident, AVIS collected information from the third party to the accident and somehow managed to pay the third party out even though she was at fault. Now they expect me to pay the insurance excess. I personally suspect either some sort of internal fraud to favor certain people or simply staff fraud who make a commission from paying out wrong claims. (BRIBERY at its best... read full review »

My nephew went to the Caltex Garage in Underwood Road and filled up with petrol and asked for his break fluid to be checked. He needed to have break fluid put in but instead of the attendant putting in the break fluid, he gave it to my nephew's worker to put it and he put the break fluid into the engine!!! Now it looks like the engine has seized!!! The manageress could not be bothered with what had happened and now my nephew is sitting with a huge problem as this van is used for his business and the only source of his income. I bought a second-hand car from a local car dealer who assured me that I was getting a good deal. He basically guaranteed that ALL his cars were in tip-top shape with very little maintenance needed after purchasing. He named many happy customers and as he is an established name in the community, I trusted him. What a disappointment. To date, the car has cost me R3000 with a further R3000 necessary just to make it roadworthy and safe to drive. I have spoken to a person at customer services to lodge a formal complaint. I bought a R650 000 Q5 and it has gear problems already on 55000km’s!!! Poor service in general.Staff don't care. They never come back to you. Promises made and when things don't work out all you get is sorry. Well sorry doesn't cut it. I don't think complaints are read or taken seriously. I have sent a number of complaint to head office. I have not once received a reply. I am moving all my contracts, 4 of them, including my internet connection to another company. I have been with Autopage for 10 years now.
