Pampers have come up with these new improved Pampers Premium dry max nappies. Geez I haven't seen nappies with so many defects. To top it up, I complained on their facebook page and got a reply from a Heather who said I must phone her back on their international number. For crying out loud, why would i want to waste my airtime and call them overseas, when i struggling to get a refund on my nappies. Pick & Pay Princess Crossing
Pick & Pay had a promotion where you collect stamps for a set of pots and pans. Since the closing date, they didn't have enough stock for all the customers. The promotions expiry date was to collect was 27-03-11. Although they said that the date would be extended to collect stock, they still don't have any stock, and don't seem to bothered or interested to be of any help. My F@stlink E1820 modem keeps disconnecting from the computer, within 2 – 4 minutes I have now sent it in for repairs twice the only repairs that was made to the modem was to update the software, this is a new modem and should still be under warranty. I have been a Truworths account holder for about 4 years(my first account i ever opend). I lost my job in last year but still managed to make some payments, in this period i made arrangements with the accounts department. I bought a Hi Fi from Russels in Desember 2010, when I opened the Hi Fi there was a cable missing and the sound of one of the speakers was not normal, I took the Hi Fi back and complained, they said that I should wait they will replace a part that was making the noice on the speaker and get a new cable for the other speaker. My wife received her vehicle on Friday, the initial problem seems to be rectified, but with the quality of service I have received from the Alberton branch, I cannot say for certain.
However, there is now a grinding noise in the front and the brakes makes a mysterious “clack” sound when braking. After the 45000 km service, the battery has run dead 3 times, even on Friday when she received the vehicle and drove not even 3 km’s to a shopping centre, the car almost failed to start.

We recently received, what we thought, was going to be a wonderful memory of our wedding day. Aside from the fact that the editing was absolutely shocking, the ceiling was filmed as part our wedding ceremony, feedback was not removed and you cannot hear our guests messages to us because the sound is so terrible, they also missed my father coming to collect me and walk me to the chapel AND the bouquet and garter toss. On Saturday - 12/03/2011 at about 17h00 My family and I visited your Westgate shopping Centre branch. I ordered our food and had to wait for the burgers as they were taking some time. I also ordered a small POPS for my 2 yr old daughter, only to find out when I got home that they did not supply me with my POPS./

There was an amount going off my bank account every month and when I asked the bank what it was, they said it was coming from a company called Financial Fitness. Financial Fitness said I signed a debit order with them 10 years ago. I asked them for a copy of the contract. They said they don't have a copy anymore. From the time I Rica'd my prepaid phone I am receiving unwanted commercial sms's. And now MTN in cahoots of these companies allowed them to blatently steal my prepaid money, as it is I am an 71 year old pensioner, I seldom use my cell for making calls, so most of the time I have no funds on my cell. A trouser belonging to a suit was handed in for dry cleaning, to remove a stain from tomato sauce. Upon collection, the stain has not been removed so they send it in again. The second time upon collection, the stain is still there, but this time there is a hole in the fabric. I request for them to acknowledge there is a hole which the attendant recongnizes. Had my bakkie booked for repaires on collection while driving home i realised that nothing was done after 2 days.
I took it back the next morning and it is still with dealership after 2 weeks. It cost me over R2000.00 to get other transport

I travelled to Singapore on Singapore Air. They are a Star Alliance partner so you earn Voyager miles. One would assume that when you book the flight and provide your voyager membership number, one would be credited with the miles. I now need to book a flight using these miles and they have after 2 months not been credited yet.

I took my vehicle in for a normal full on service and it came back with a noise in the enjine. After I took it back and got a quotation again with similar items as what was done before it broke down and is costing me a brand new engine now. I brought a Peugeot 206 form Hyundai Constantia Kloof last year October. Before I took the car they told me that the car was leaking oil and they fixed the can belt for the 90 000km service. I was assured that every thing was in order. I got the vehicle on the Friday and on the Thursday the car went in for some small problems. I got the car back the same day. The Council for Medical Schemes is supposed to support the customer with complaints regarding Medical Aids, but they themselves are as bad as the Medical Aids. They have a clearly defined timeframe for dealing with complaints highlighted on their website and they get nowhere close to acheiving them. Host4Africa
After I terminated my business contract with Host4Africa in 2007 for hosting my website, I moved my website to another web hoster. Host4Africa still until today (17 March 2011) deduct debit orders from my account. The company has received may e-mail requests from myself that ask them to stop the debit orders but they still continue. Since the amount changes as per their demand the bank can also not stop the debits.
Host4Africa does not have any contact numbers only a fax and e-mail address.
