Main dish of calamari & rice consisted of a host of glass shards. Calamari seemed very crunchy & my throat started getting sore. On the 6th May 2011, my family and I checked in, we were very impressed with the surrounding, however we were welcomed with BLASTING MUSIC on arrival, bare in mind we are all the way from Johannesburg. My parents checked in at 3pm on the 6th, and I have arrived at 10pm. It was terrible, we have seven month old twin babies who were fast asleep until we had to enter a house of disaster. After submitting details of required parts on Partsource I was contaced by Euro Car Parts. They promised me the parts within two days after payment. I paid the monies into their account that same day (R9500). I received the wrong parts a week later. After numerous phone calls to them they promised he right parts will be delivered to me. At BitDefenders online offer, I upgraded from BitDefender Antivirus 2010, to BitDefender Internet Security at the end of Jan2011. The Program worked for aprox. six weeks without problems, after that, I could not perform Full or Deep systems scans. I contacted BD on numerous occasions, was advised by them what to do, including removing previously purchased software that, according to them, clashed with their software. I purchased a Cell C Swift data bundle & modem in December 2010 on my credit card, despite having being shown there was coverage on their website I found the service slow and erratic if I got any connection at all. I Entered into a 3G Mobile contract where it was stated that I would receive a download speed of 21M/sec. The best I have received is 2m/sec. After multiple calls and emails they told me that the towers in my area were not equipped for what they promised. Furthermore, on their website it is indicated that I was in the excellent coverage area. See attached. So, I emailed them multiple times to downgrade my package. They have yet to responded. I have bought a laptop from Game Stores in Canal Walk on the 30th of January 2011 on credit. In March the right click of the mouse became faulty, it just stopped working and in the beginning of April I tried in vain to switch the laptop on. I took the laptop to Game Stores and they just refused to fix it or take it back although I only had it for 2 and a half months. In February 2010 I had a salt water pool installed by Pool Pride Services of Shelly Beach. After only 6 months the IntelliChlor Electronic Chlorine Generator started failing. A few of the LED lights stopped working. I immediately made a movie of the fault on my cell phone and showed it to Pool Pride. Nothing was done for another 6 months. I decided that before the 1 year warranty was up, I had better investigate this further. I was told to bring the faulty unit in and in about 2 or 3 weeks I will get it back repaired. I have been a loyal subscriber to Multichoice/Mnet for approximately 16 years. My complaint refers to the continuous repeats we have to endure on various channels. An example of this is the "The Weakest Link" on channel 120 on Wednesday 4th May 2011 at 5.30pm which was also shown in the same time slot approximately 3 days previously. I had a 50" Plasma TV that made a loud pop and apon closer investigation had cracks on the inside glass. LG collected the Tv and then advised me 2 weeks later that the TV was "physically damamged". Originally I used the justSURF and of course that didn't work out well, which I accepted and gladly upgraded to justUNCAPPED. I probably managed to download 10gb and got throttled to 40kbps on this just uncapped 1024. As you can see below, most of the green tickets weren't even answered by staff either.
