We decided to go away for christmas and chose Hideaway as the website promised us so much. The owners did not put us in the room we booked. Instead they placed us in a dirty, dilapidated and bug infested room in which half the appliances were faulty. It also lacked essentials like toilet paper and clean towels. We were also without electricity or hot water for the majority of our stay. Never mind compensation, the owners didn't even care enough to apologize or even speak to us regarding our complaints. I recently visited the Skin Renewal Clinic in Pretoria to treat my nasolabial lines . I had to pay a R300 deposit and the fillers cost R2500 per syringe - one syringe was injected on each side. The doctor advised me to drink loads of water for the next 24 hours - which i did. I can honestly not see any differance - as a matter of fact it seems as the filler was not injected in the 'folds' but next to the fold under my eyes and in my cheeks. I am very unhappy about this as the whole procedure cost me more than R5000. I have a armed response contract from Suricate. On 18th of december i had a breakin in my house. the alarm started at 12:33 PM and continued up to 14:55. The security company responded only at 14:51 and in their report they declared everything fine while the breakin happened though one of the windows which was clearly visible from outside. Outsurnace does not get back to you if they have two clients claiming against each other. Even escalating to the manager of Claims and heir internal legal department get you no where. They will represent the counterparty against each other and renaig on paying the claims. Trying to phone them back is worthless as you can not speak to the manager (even after he promised to phone back) but never does. I have an Opel Corsa Enjoy 1.4. this vehicle has been in to 2 dealerships for exactly the same problem, no less than 8 times!
