I upgrade from a free member to a gold member. I sent them emails to there support centre but the emails came back. I am working hard for them do advertising and get a lot off referrals, surf ads and make a lot of money. Before I upgrade and PAID my membershipfree they answer my emails but now they got the membershipfee money and not answering my mail even through there contact us on there site . In answer to Marihet about her refund. We did pay her, her refund on the 22 of May. Up until this date I was not in my offices because of the Baby Expo in Jhb. On our website it is clearly stated that you can only claim UIF 1) if UIF is deducted from your salary 2) that if you only work on commission you can not claim UIF. Yesterday 25 May 2009 I went to KFC in Primrose Germiston and bought a Famous Bowl and small Pops. Not too long after had eaten my meal I had stomach cramps, tremendous wind in my stomach and spent most of the night on the toilet with a runny stomach. I own a credit card with Discovery that has voyager miles connected to the card. Last year I saw a option on the internet that gave me fast miles option that increases the miles by the amount you spend. The function they had was just a activation function. We recieved absolutely pathetic and unacceptable service from McDonalds!!! They are suppose to be a fast food outlet but instead its more like a resturant where they take long to make your food. we waited over 15 minutes for our food and that too our english muffins were burnt! the reason i stopped at Mcdonalds was becuase i was rushing to work and needed to get some breakfast at a FAST FOOD outlet. I have paid Moms UIF assist R600-00 to help me claim maternity UIF. All to find out from the Department of Labor, that I don't qaulify for maternity uif (I earn only commission). The staff at Moms UIF Assist wasn't aware that commission earners don't qualify. Now I battle to get a refund from them! I paid for a service which I did not receive. In fact they waisted my time & money because they don't have the proper knowledge of claiming UIF. I've bought a 1000VA UPS from PC Game & Computer World, Centurion Branch. On the first occasion I was appalled at the SPCA was when my domestic worker had taken her dog to the SPCA and was turned away. Her dog’s uterus had popped out. She had then taken her dog in a bus to the SPCA for treatment but was turned away because she had not had ample money. My husband who is a national from India but married and living in South Africa decided to travel with emirates for a short holiday to India. I have received a Water&Lights account of an abstronomical amount. I have spend time at the departments offices to understand what exactly I am billed for. After speaking to a consultant a mobile phone was sent to my house while I was not around, but my sister recieved it on y behalf. On my arrival home I realised that the phone is not what I though it was, i.e it did have all the functions I expected. I always thought Vodacom was supposed to be a service provider and provide good and adaquet service to their customers, I can name more than a hundred people in our area that struggle with Vodacom signal and who have reported it numerous times and still no answer. Recently visited South Africa and hired a car from Imperial Car hire (Eurocar). I filled the car up at Durban airport before returning it. Received my tax invoice and found that I had been charged R84 for fuel??? I have tried contacting Imperial to explain, but have found the responses to be no help to me what so ever.
