Due to the Bangkok protest which last for a couple of months, my flight has changes and I would like to cancel the hotel reservation. We have a small hotel, which when we get a bad review I always reply to it as 99.9% of the time it is some-one who has been refused service in the bar or partied in the room and been asked to leave.
