On 20/08/2010 an Autoglass engineer came to my place of work to replace a cracked windscreen. Having removed the cracked windscreen he discovered a small (1cm square) area of rust in one corner. As a consequence Autoglass refused to either fit a new windscreen or replace the old one. They explained that the small area of rust may cause the windscreen to crack again in the future.
