This company does not include VAT in their quotation until after you have confirmed the booking and so commited yourself. Nor do they quote a VAT number on their web site or email confirmation. I am certain they are breaking the VAT laws and also mis-selling their services this way. Another point to watch out for. They ask you to scan and send copies of your driving licence and utility bill in a follow up email, putting you at real risk of identity theft. Once you have sent these details, they have your both card details and copies of your key ID documents. This is seriously worrying me. Do you know how much a complete toilet in a sealed box should weigh? I don't. All I know is I bought a toilet to go in a big heavy sealed box. It was heavy and I needed help lifting it. The Sales consultant at their Tottenham Court Road Branch ordered the wrong bed, no apologies nothing only abuse such as telling you to 'shut up' when I complained to the Branch in person, Customer services on the phone were just as bad if not worse. Company would not give full refund, they take 20% if you do ask for one even though it's their fault! A rude member of staff from Vrigin Active Health Spa Club in kirkstall got on a bus from Leeds to Kirstall causing a nuisence to passengers by talking loudly on her mobile phone on the service 33A at approx 5pm on May 13th 2010, the young person sat down at the back of the bus and placed her dirty shoes on the bus seats and looked at a heavily pregnant lady seated opposite in a sarcastic fashion then laughed at her 5 minutes later got off the bus for work. Ixus Digital Range, burning, smoke from flash units Ixus 210, Ixus 870, Ixus 105, Ixus, 110 Smoke arising from flash unit, this is not due to dust as canon claims. This is a fault in flash wiring assembly. However, Canon would not accept that this is a problem. After a while my camera flash stopped functioning, total burn out. The camera is 13 months old I complained to Canon who said there is nothing they could do, I can have the flash unit replaced at my cost.
