I saw an ad on Reed for a company called Galaxy Marketing. The role description wasn't very clear since usually companies have a list with the things you will be expected to do... The lens had drop out my spectacles that I had bought at Specsavers Green Street Neath. What had happened the screw had come away from the lens holder consequently the lens fell out and was step on, this was a manufacturing fault. I took the frames back to specsavers Neath in hope of having the replacement lens but was told cheekily by the member of the staff that I had been negligent, the fault was my and it would cost me £42 pounds to replace the lens. I went on a course at the Academy of Freelance Make Up I thought because of the amount of money I paid for my hair and make up course it would be to a proffesional standard. When I got there I was shocked with the lack of equipment they had and found the tutor to not have much knowledge as to what I orignally told the course would involve. £1500 later and I am still in the same position I was in before as I had learnt nothing that I knew already.
