i have had 2 unautherised debits from my account totaling just under £80 by a company showing on my statements as just internet grant profits. i autherised a paymeny of £3.13 to recieve an information pack which i neve recieved and now i am also out of pocket. if anyone has managed to get in contact or has any contact details for this company i would appreciate it so i can attempt to get my money back. I was downloading Google Earth when I was invited to pay less than £7-00 for a three-year membership which I presume would enable me to access information which would otherwise not be available to me. After entering my Credit |Card details I was told that the charge had been approved and that £34-72 would be taken from my account. wish to complain about the way Orange Home referred me over to a Debt Collecting Agency. In October 2009 my family wanted to go over to Talk Talk which meant that i had to cancel my orange broadband. hi brought a pack of nappies a few wks back, i noticed that when i opened them they were quite small, obviously my lil girl must av grown a little, althoufh she's been in maxi for ages and still is. The reason for my complaint is that 1 inparticular nappy was faulty. I booked a van with this company in November of last year - and immediately alarm bells began ringing. As soon as I'd put the phone down and paid my £50 deposit, a colleague overheard and said of a bad experience she'd had with them. On arrival from China they appear to be fake with immitation fur inside and too big, altough I have tried on other genuine ugg boots and fitted perfectly. Tried to contact inorder to return. Worst customer service ever, I have never been treated so badly, their after sales service is appalling. Summary: Nikon D700 £1600 bought on 10 Oct 2009, arrived next day. The camera became faulty on 10 Dec 2009, sent it back Royal Mail on 15 Dec. 16th Dec Camera not received, waited 10 days, still no camera, put in a claim to RM. My partner booked us a 4 day stay at Hyde Park Suites in London through late rooms. When he made the booking he realised later that day that the full payment for the hotel had already been taken out of his account even though he had booked it a month in advance. I bought a Challenger phone card at £5. Normally I should get at least 140 minutes calling Zambia from England. I made the first call and I talked for 17 minutes and when I tried to make a second call the credit was quoted insufficient! A research has ben done on a card called FLEXDIRECT NAMELESS VISA DEBIT CARD. Probably this is a fake card since VISA do not deal with nameless card. This is a card proposed by a company called IMPERIA INVEST BC that is also proposing a fraudolent TEP pension fund promising a ritern of 130.000 $ after just a payment of 60 $. I paid for the Ever Brite free trial product, then surfed the net and realised the huge amount of complaints from customers being charged for a monthly subscription. I ordered acai berry and colon cleanse from a pop up advertisement for a FREE trail. The only cost was £3.99 postage and packaging for each. There was no mention of a fee for joining the trail or having to cancel within 15 days to advoid the huge cost of £78.18 for each product, this has been put on my credit card. Attempted to book city break via myberlin part of myvacations. Site didn't confirm booking so I rang and that assured me no booking made, no money taken. Later a debit appeared on my account. When I rang they said they had no booking but asked me to prove they had taken money from my account. Await a refund. Chemist Direct (chemistdirect.co.uk) and Direct Chemist (directchemist.com) are not to be trusted. They're run by the same individual (going by the name Mitesh Suma) and it's fair to say they never respond, never refund, never communicate in any way. This has already been documented too many times online.
