EDF failed to close my account and send me the final bill, although I submitted the final meter readings online, and notified them on the phone of moving out. They contacted me 7 months later and want me to pay for the supply period which is outside of my tenancy agreement time, for the period when I no longer lived in the property. I booked a Design Service with Laura Ashley 2 years ago for approx £200, the deal (in writing) was that after the service, should I want to purchase any goods, I would get 25%-40% reduction, depending on the amount spent, and I had a year to make my purchases. On Aunday 31st January whilst on holiday in Devon I had the missfortune to brake down with a broken exhust. My recovery service took me to Kwick-fit in Newton Abbot, I was told by the Manager that this was a common fault on my type of car. Routes 360 and 362 - timetables changed with no warning. Also timetable incorrect. states 360 goes to Sheppey Hospital when in fact it is 362. Cannot understand why times have been changed, its worked perfectly well for at least 25 years. Has someone in the office got nothing to do. I have always caught 14.45 bus from Sheerness to Leysdown and because there was no warning of this change I had to pay for a taxi to get home last night and have now had to change my working hours. Purchased one pair of bailey button boots from this site for £58 when they arrived they are clearly fake as are fake fur not sheepskin. When I complained to them they responded but would not refund, also would need to be returned to china. Boots came without a box. I originally pt in a complaint abpout thhis company as i was having problems gaining a refund of my initial broker fee, through this site i recived messages from the company and was able to gain my refund to which i am thankful for i then asked for the complaint to bbe removed as it had been resolved and now when i look at my bank account statements i find that they are still removing an amount of 8.99 from my account which hhas been done twice already.I would like to know what this amount is for as i have told them to cancel it all as i no longer needed their help...be wary of this company and others like it read full review »

This company starting debiting $26.00 and $27.00 from my bank account back in July 2009. I did not sign up for this service. When I finally contacted this company, they had no inormation on me accept my debit card number. They did not have my name address or any account information, but the still debited my bank account. They probably got my card number form something I purchased online, Now they will not refund me the 191.00 that they took from my bank account. Their website offers to solve your timeshare maintenance and phone call says no fees, they transfer your timeshare to their company . They are part of Designer Way Vacation Club.
