This company make a brilliant advertisement to entice you into their free trail but in the very small print is where they tell you that you will be subject to charges if you dont cancel within the 15 day trail - they do not at any point tell you in the main body of ordering your porduct that you are liable for these charges - i have now been stung for a whopping £82.95 for the Acai Berry - fortunately the Colon Cleanse had been lost in transit so have not been charged for that. It seems as with a lot of people who have issued complaints against the above. I ordered a computer clean up which was stated as being just over 39 dollars (approx 20 GBP) from this company after I got a trojan fatal warning! I have had just over 109 dollars (£68.29) taken out of my account of which has really messed up my bank account and bank charges etc, as I had not made allowances for another £40 odd going out of my account? I bought a Sonay vaio 9 month back, one day on the screen i noticed multi-colour line. when i sent it to Sony they said it is accidental damage and will cost me £800 to repair.Sony technical team is not user friendly and rude. i told them trust me it's not accidental damage but they were so stubborn and didn't want to listen. they wanted to make money. I too have been ripped off by this shameful company. I haven't checked out the small print yet, but they obviously aim to skim over such trivial things as taking more money out of your account so that by the time you realise it's happened it's too late. I have recently went on facebook and joint the mystery shopper site, which has taken money out of my bank for a free kit, they took £2.48 + £1 overseas handling charge which i was fully aware of. Waited to receive the email i was told i would with all the details i needed but got nothing. This person was know to our branch for some time. He often brought vehicles in to be valued and inspected under the "for free scheme". One day he visited to have his own vehicle inspected, serviced and vehicle testing (MOT) to which as we had all become quite familiar with Jay as he was known then, let him have 30 days credit. I just found out that my "monthly" hosting deal with Fasthosts was actually an 18month contract!!! It was way down - really way down - in the small print (accessed by the terms and conditions link).
