I anm concerned of the conditions that they are working in at the moment due to the air conditioning being broken. The law states that the legal maximum temperature that employees should work in is 61 degrees farenheit. When I was in there last night the young ladies were working in temperatures reaching 92 degrees farenheit surely something should be done as the can have long term health effects if this is prolonged. This company initiall charged me £29.95 without my knowing and as soon as I found out I cancelled my membership and also called my credit card company. The credit card company contacted them and confirmed my cancellation but the following two months another £29.95 twice was taken. I am now in the process of disputing these charges. Avoid like the plague - I rented a van for a crucial pick-up, which I booked around a week in advance. Money was taken from my card but the van simply didn't show up. No one called to let me know it wouldn't be arriving and it was difficult to get a response from the less than helpful man on the phone as to when it would arrive. I was left with not enough time to hire an alternative and as a result I have incurred significant costs.
