I rented a flat from Grant Management with 3 other professionals. I am from the US and use credit cards from US Banks. WizzAir is not able to process transactions from US Banks and makes no mention of this on their website. After unsuccessfully trying to buy a ticket on their website, the only indicated reason was "transaction denied". So I called WizzAir, the call announcement informed me there would be a charge of $0.65 for each minute and a minimum of 5 minutes. My phone charge was $9.90 for 4 minutes. I have asked local Advisor Which Country the Headrails for VERTICAL Blinds are manufactured. I was told they are made in Nottingham. I was told the Blinds are made to measure. i booked and paid in full for a car to pick up at midnight from gran canaria airport last sat 9th aug 2008 and was in a queue behind another lady who has crying her eyes out, i soon realised why when we were both left stranded late at night in a foreign country with no car despite having full prepayment vouchers as confirmation. After several emails and a recorded delivery letter of missing or incorrect units, I have now found today that the electric cooker ordered has been delivered as gas and i do not have gas connection or want a gas cooker. Still outstanding missing shelves, corner unit fillet and wrong glass doors. After receiving a call on 11th August, was advised they would contact me with a delivery date and never heard a thing since. Difficult to get hold of customer service on the phone. Now resulted in Registered mail to ensure goods are sent as already paid for. Not recommending this organisation to any one i know. They have poor checking systems before sending out items and dont follow up your complaints.
