I used their design service in June 2007, and spent £7000 in total on furniture, curtains, cushions and lamps. Never again. Coming up to 10 weeks since I advised Coverplan and the "Tech Guys" that my laptop was faulty. I tried to contact the numbers on the webpage and have sent various emails with no response. I have not had access to any software, or received a welcome email as promised.
