Bought the Joy Mangano trendy tote luggage in March for trip out west in May. As soon as we got to the hotel, the lining came away from the luggage. Within 2 days, the handle broke. I now have photographic proof (& evidence in print) that BofA alters dates for scheduled payments causing clients to potentially overdraw their funds and BofA then collects a $35 fee every time it happens. I recently placed an order for thermogloves from this company. After taking my money via Yahoo Stores they sent me an email that the goods were out of stock. They did not give any indication when the gloves would be back in stock and asked if i wanted to cancel the order. Shopping cart software should know stock levels so how come the order went through? When i queried their practices and failing to advise an estimated delivery time they cancelled my order. I have tried to receive a better rate at Doubletree Hotel by submitting a several claim forms. They have not responded to my last couple of claims even though the rate is lower. I have contacted the customer care dep't to be stalled once again. I agree with the other complaints on this board that the best rate guarantee at Hilton is a scam. I had an estimate for foam insulation last month in my home., I had financing concerns and when asked if I had my three day right to cancel I was told yes. When I called and sent written request to cancel I was told since I saw this company at the "home show" I don't have three days to cancel. Would not recommend Chip’s Auto Repair of Carrollton as a mechanic. I was looking to buy a used car and I took a Honda Accord I was interested in to have Chip’s Auto Repair check it out. Over the pass month I bought 5 watermelons from this store. Four have been so rancid that as soon as you cut them open you wanted to throw up. The 4 watermelons were a product of Mexico. Two years ago, my daughter was treated at Farmingdale Physical Therapy. Months after she was no longer a patient, they billed me for $1000.00, and a few months after that, the bill grew to almost $2000.00.
