My son went to have an aligniment done on his car.He did not have a center link, he went to nappa to get the part. Farm and fleet told him it would now cost him time and a half because he bought the part himself (farm and fleet does not carry part). I placed an online order with this company on Wednesday, June 29th. I waited and was finally able to reach a person at their facility after 2 hours. I was then informed that they did not accept online orders for this facility. They further explained that my credit card was charged and there was nothing that they can do to help me.
