I recently brought an LG phone at my Sprint store. Two weeks later it was effectively a paper weight due to what both companies call "pressure damage". I kept the phone in my front pocket, did not sit on it, did not have anything else in my pocket, was not wearing tight jeans or anything else that would cause this damage. He is not registered with DOT as a legal "FOR HIRE" transport or trucking or towing company. Federal law says if you are out there "for hire" In the transportation, hauling, towing, trucking business you legally must register as "FOR HIRE" to have legal privilege to transport for hire, thing that you don't own, other people's property.
