The owner of the website recently did an upgrade that changed the site. Users lost a lot of things that were enjoyed on the old site and more and more bugs keep popping up with the new upgraded site. I did not have a good experience with Dress Times. I was expecting an Essence of Australia D1154 replica and I basically received a jumble of cheap fabric. I sent in my exact measurements and when I received the gown, it did not fit at all. There was visible stiching all along the front pleating of the dress. They advertise full refunds/satisfaction. When I returned part of a shipment, they kept all of the taxes. I don't think this is legal, but they said "company policy" and would not budge. This company charges a 25% restocking fee on canceled orders. I placed and order and canceled it 12 minutes after I placed the order and they billed me 31.87 restocking fee. I did not read their T&C before I placed the order what a mistake. I called them and pleaded my case and they said they were sticking to the T&C. I ordered a part on 5/27/2011 and paid for it by PayPal, I received a shipping notification on 5/30/2011 that the part had shipped. When I didn't receive the part in a few days I tracked the shipment through the USPS, they had never received it. I then called the company and was told that they had backordered the part and would ship it in a few days. I called back on 6/6/2011 and talked with the owner, he said that they didn't have the part and didn't know when he would get it, he was very rude! Advertised aptment for rent on line, Photos shown were not actual, Apartment was not cleaned. Heating plant emitted high CO levels when turned on and if not for a CO detector installed by rentor, people would have died as per the fire department. Paradigm said they did no wrong. I got worried this was a scam so I called to cancel without activating this account on line. they took out 3 charges of 5.95 and on 5/24/2011 they took out 49.95. These people took a very long time to pay me. They are clearly a scam. However, all you have to do to get paid is call them from diffrent numbers like 100 times and hang up. I was in the store looking for a puppy for my kids and we were interested in purchasing a small dog that was hypoallergenic since my kids have allergies.
