I went here for shifting problems, and they diagnosed it as a slave cylinder and charged me over $400. It didn't fix the problem, so they wanted to charge me to do other things, and charge me, in a "process of elimination". I went to the dealer and they knew what it was right away, a worn clutch, but the dealer's technicians confirmed it, replaced the clutch and did it right the first time. The Bureau of Automotive Repair asked Precision Tune Poway to reimburse the labor, and they didn't. I sued them in court and Precision Tune Poway still never paid me. Complete fraud. Makes all kinds of promises until they get your money. Then they simply go through the motions. Not proactive. Not on top of your case. Each conversation, after the first one, is like it is the first one. You have to remind them of what you said and what they said. In August 2008 I purchased a Toyota Yaris Sedan, which I thought was a good decision. About 3 months later, the recalls began, car after car were recalled. I bought a Sony IC recorder and the vista operative system came out a few months later - developer information for Vista was issued well beforehand. When the device driver proved to be incompatible with the 64 bit systems, I was asked to "be patient" by Sony technical support. Terrible Hair cut. Production Line service, just like an old army movie where then new recruits are given a buzz cut, except a mop of hair is left on the top. We've had this home security system for two years. It has doors open and closing as well as two motion sensors, The system send false alarms requiring police to respond four time so far. I had used this service 2 years ago to find persons who had at one time attended our church in order to contact them about our 50th anniversary. While I appreciated the service which I used over a period of 4 weeks I didn't realize the charge would continue after I no longer used it. $19.95 for 2 years is quite a bit of money for services no longer used!! My brother recently ate a roast beef wrap at this particular diner. He then ended up with a severe case of food poisoning. I also ate a roast beef sandwich but I still do not know if I will get sick. But I did recook it in the Foreman grill and hopefully it killed off any bacteria that was in the sandwich. This place needs to be checked and see what is wrong with their roast beef. Bought a Husky HU80220 power washer from Home Depot one year ago. Used it once, worked fine, but spayer gun assembly plastic broke so it now leaks too much to use. Tried to get a copy of the user manual on line and it does not exist. This is a good indication of the kind of company Husky must be and their concern about customer support. I purchased a Garry Vacuum in 09. The on off button is so hard to turn on and off. The tools stopped working.
