DO NOT USE webika.com or webika design. Review after review will complain how the company will rip you off, take your money, refuse to give a refund or finish your website as originally agreed. I went to their web site some months ago and was looking around and filled out a form to join, but I never heard from them until they sent me a bill last month. They said that they sent products to me, which I never received from them. The loist on the back of the bill, their are 5 things listed. The first is free cookware I.D. labels, offical club welcome packet, cooking club magazine, product testing privileges onfo. and free cooks giveaway entry. I have purchased several Mystic Tanning packages since I moved to Atlanta in 2006. Every time I would purchase a new one I would keep a count in my head as to how many sessions I had left (I would only purchases 3 or 4 at a time). I responded to an Infomercial for a trial supplement sample, paying only the postage of 97 cents via credit card. Almost immediately after the trial sample arrived a charge od $36.90 appeared on my credit card for an order I did not authorize. I checked Google and learned that this Company has a long history of a scam operation. I refused the order when it arrived but got resolution of the problem only through my credit card Company. The instructors didn't instruct they assigned homework and had us do it in class. Not all instructors were like this but all were late and not organized with lessons. Changed instructors mid Modular and their styles were night and day which led to repeat lessons and lower grades on tests due to misunderstandings etc. The financial staff ( Lily )was GREAT. The initial admit rep was very nice but some of the things he said weren't honored and he left the school a few weeks into my term. This man calls my husband's place of employment several times now. He can't be traced back except to call his number, have him call your house and hang up on him. He says he's Officer Jack Thompson told hubby's employer that hubby was going to get arrested for a unpaid bill. I called the FTC, because I do know that this is Illegal. While searching for a mortgage lender to refinance for a lower rate I was quoted 3.75 APR with Quicken. When I politely confronted him with the need to have his quote in committed in writing before I make a deposit he became fast talking, rude, and hung up on me. I said nothing to provoke him. A man calling himself Jack Samuels, with a heavy Indian accent, called me at my place of business and left a message that he was with FCD Financial Crimes Division, and it was extremely urgent I call him back. My beautiful children were kidnapped by CPS by Court order based on the cps worker's professional opinion that I was psychotic. My psychiatrist has told her that I'm not psychotic. Built house in 2007. The floors squeak, hall & bath walls 1" out of square/line, wired up wrong, lights flicker, drainage problem under home (water under home), nails popping out in every room, molding, flooring, walls, and cabinets cracking! Phoenix car rental is the same as Sabain car rental. They quote you a great rate. Then put you in a death trap and add extra fee's. They charged me $200 over the quote. They also do not tell you when you make the reservations that it is rent a broken down banged up nasty unsafe car. They advertise free shipping but if you return the item you pay for the shipping. It is not stated on the website or when you place the order. It is not even stated clearly in the return policy section, it just says we pay returns if we made the sistake, on section tells how to return the product with the return label. I order on line all the time and have never encountered a company that didn't pay for the returns. I used my Debit Visa card at Flying J Travel Stop, Exit 277, I-20, Tye, Texas for fuel. I purchased $20.04 in fuel and ran my card as a credit as I did not want to put my pin # in at the pump. After speaking with Lance ONE time initially, I was pawned off to someone beneath him 3 different times without warning, due to these junior lawyers quitting/getting fired. I was litigating for $6k in child support I had to pay until a boy turned 18. Lance assured me it would be a $3k case closed max uncontested. I thought I was purchasing the correct module for my dell computer. I paid for it and paid shipping for it. The unit arrived and was incorrect. I sent the unit back at my own expense and ordered and paid for the correct unit which duly arrived. I expected them to process a refund for the unit I returned. Oh no. Read the fine print very carefully. They hang onto your money and make you buy something from them within 90 days- even if you do not need it. American Lock and Key installed 2 deadbolt locks for an elderly lady on a fixed income at nearly $300. Of course they had rebuttals, but I feel that is way too steep for the work performed and equipment. I'm not saying they shouldn't have gotten paid...but nearly $300 seems extreme. Please beware before using them...ask a lot of questions, and check out a hardware store for comparable prices and see if you can do it yourself. I attempted to book a flight with CheapoAir and never actually was authorized...so, a flight booking was never made...CheapoAir then called and harrassed me daily several time by phone and email...I ended up calling at my own expense and told one of the reps that the flight never was booked and I had decided not to fly at this time..CheapoAir charged a $25 cancel fee...how is this possible when a flight was never booked..CheapoAir is a SCAM...I had to wait on the phone for an extended period of time which I am billed for just to speak to one of the reps...these guys are a joke. read full review »
