I purchased a dirt rocket for my kid 65 lbs. After he rode it less than 5 times, the sprocket stripped out. Customer service had me take it a service provider who replaced the wheel. The 2nd time my kid rode it, same thing happens. Obviously something wrong here. I call again, now customer service is accusing me of riding the bike. The health insurance that Securitas offerd sucks suck sucks .DONT SIGN UP FOR Aenta Ins. Securitas takes money out off every check for Aenta Ins. but when its time to use the insurance you may as well pay to go to the doctor out of your ouwn pocket. One of the staff members is always very rude. I believe she is the lady in charge. I buy stuff online and whenever I go in to get my packages she just glares at me. I have never missed rent nor been late. Also they have called me twice and both times she was extremely rude in her message and one of the times was calling just to check in! What started out with a good replacement of a hotwater heater turned ugly. First, there was a mistake on my end, with that I accidently paid them with a check I no longer had a bank with. I have come to rely on getting clothing from Zaftique for my massage wardrobe as I have to wear their size 3Z and I was meanly told yesterday that those sizes are no longer being produced. I called today to ask why and the lady just about cursed me out and told me I need to learn to listen. She did not tell me anything yesterday other than it is not being produced at this time. The air cooling unit has been giving off stale and lukewarm air during Memorial Day weekend when the temperature and humidity reached well over 90 degrees. After complaining, the Co-op finally posted memorandum on 5/31/2011 claiming to set up a cooling room during the day only on Wednesday June 1st and from 10AM-10PM on Thursday June 2, because the cooled air system will not be turned on until June 3rd. Purchased a Pride Legend Scooter approximately 1-1/2 years ago. Have have three major problems with the scooter. Originally, the scooter had an unacceptable noise level from the transmission.
